How do I check/track my order status?
What payment methods do you accept?

How can I pay with MoneyGram, RIA, or ACE Money Transfer?
Simply select your preferred service during checkout.
After completing your transaction:
Send us your Transaction Number (MTCN, RIA PIN, ACE Transaction Number),
Include your Order ID and the exact amount sent,
Email the details to contact@us-pharmacies.com.
IMPORTANT: Payments must be made in USD.
Can I pay with Bitcoin or USDT?
Yes! We accept:
Bitcoin (BTC)
USDT TRC20
USDT ERC20
At checkout, select Cryptocurrency as your payment method.
You will find our wallet address in the Payment Details section.
After sending the funds, please email your 64-digit Transaction ID and Order ID to contact@us-pharmacies.com.
I made a payment — what should I do next?
Once you’ve completed your payment:
For MoneyGram, RIA, or ACE — send us your transaction number, order ID, and payment amount.
For cryptocurrency — send us your 64-digit transaction ID and order ID.
We will verify your payment and update your order status accordingly.
How long does it take to confirm my payment?
Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to clear.
MoneyGram / RIA / ACE payments are usually confirmed within a few hours after we receive your transaction details.
Cryptocurrency payments are usually confirmed after 1–3 blockchain confirmations (usually within 30 minutes).
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified.
What should I do if I sent the payment but didn't receive confirmation?
If you haven’t received a confirmation within the expected timeframe:
Double-check if you sent us the correct transaction details (transaction ID, MTCN, PIN, amount, order ID).
Check your spam/junk folder for our emails.
