Once the tracking system confirms that the package has been delivered to the destination, the sale is final.Our Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
- Errors made by postal services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the case of damaged items, replacements may be considered at our discretion. Customers must provide clear photos of the package and damaged items for review. Once orders are shipped, we are not liable for how the postal services handle the parcels.
- Signature Requirement
- A signature is required for all international shipments.
- Estimated Delivery Times
- Express international shipping: 10-15 business days (from the moment we ship the package).
- Express U.S. domestic shipping: 2-3 business days (from the moment we ship the package).
Please note that delivery times depend solely on the postal service and are beyond our control.
- Order Processing Time
We reserve the right to ship orders within 6 business days after the payment is officially received and verified by all channels.
- This does not include automated confirmations from money transfer services, as these do not reflect the actual manual processing time.
- The 6-day processing period starts when your order status updates to “Payment Details Received.”
- If any issues arise with your payment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Please be aware that weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not counted in the processing or shipping timeline.
- Shipping Fees
- The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- If your order includes items from different categories (shipped from separate warehouses), shipping costs will be combined.
- Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers for domestic U.S. orders may take up to 36-72 hours to become active in the system. Please allow up to 60 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving your tracking number.
- Multiple Orders to the Same Address
- We reserve the right not to ship multiple orders to the same address at once.
- If you require multiple shipments to be sent simultaneously, you must provide separate addresses for each package.
- If you insist on sending multiple orders to the same address at once, our Resend Policy will not apply.
- Potential Shipping Delays
Due to ongoing global logistics challenges, postal services may experience occasional delays, including:
- Backlogs in sorting facilities.
- Limited transportation availability.
- Staffing shortages in postal service networks.
We understand that tracking updates may be slow, especially for international shipments. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control. If you experience delays, we recommend checking your local postal carrier’s website for service announcements.
For international shipments, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and other carriers have made frequent adjustments to delivery timeframes. For the latest updates, please visit USPS.com.
- Large Orders & Split Shipments
To ensure safe and efficient delivery, large orders will be split into multiple shipments.
- Each shipment will be sent separately. Once you receive one part of your order, confirm via email, and we will ship the next part.
- To expedite large orders, we recommend providing multiple shipping addresses.
- If you insist on having all parts of your order shipped to the same address at once, our Resend Policy will not apply.
